Sales Development Manager
Responsibilities will include: Developing new business opportunities for the lubricants market with heavy focus on the Industrial Lubes market, working closely with the sales team; Define product offer and implement promotional plan for all of lubricants and oilfield; Customer and market intelligence/opportunity gathering and sharing; Implement new product launches; Develop and implement strategy to deliver 2x GDP growth, including expansion into new market sectors for existing products and the development of new product launch ideas for existing sectors.

 

The ideal candidate must possess a technical bachelor’s degree or advanced degree.  7+ years experience working for an industrial lubricant formulator focused in the Industrial Lubricants market, with specific application knowledge in the areas of metal cutting, Hydraulic oil and Rolling Oil markets desired.
