The HPS Division is seeking an Analytical Product Sales Specialist. The position is responsible for developing and executing the Smart Sensor Sales Plan through direct and indirect sales channels in an assigned territory. The person in this position will proactively initiate solutions to meet customers' requirements. These activities will result in meeting or exceeding the territory plans (sales, revenue, profits) and will position the organization for sustained profitable growth.
Primary responsibilities are:
Provide technical support to Territory Account Managers to achieve annual sales goals and product line growth.
Identifies and leads program initiatives aimed at developing new markets.
Develops and implements regional product specific training and sales strategies for direct and indirect channels.
Serving as the primary resource for communications on new product developments, enhancements, and problems, bridging the gap between Product Marketing and Sales.
Rolling out new products / solutions to the sales force and representatives.
Effectively communicate compelling features, benefits and technical concepts of the solutions and services to both internal and external customers via presentations, demos, white papers, trade shows, etc.
Identify customer's problems and find solutions to meet customer's requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in chemistry, engineering, science or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of related industry experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and demonstration skills.
Able to adapt and react to change in technology, products and competitive landscape.
Work with multiple sales teams concurrently.
Self motivated/self starter.
Understanding of general Industrial Analytical Instrumentation applications, products and competition with expertise in measurement and control of pH, ORP, Conductivity and DO.
Sales and/or service experience in Pulp & Paper, Power Utilities, Water & Waste, Chemical, Refineries, CIP, Pharmaceutical, Mining and Light Industry
