Receptionist & Administrative Clerical

Young company seeks receptionist with clerical skills to greet visitors, issue visitor passes, answer and forward all incoming telephone calls, pick up and receive mail and deliveries.  This position will also handle general administrative support to the Corporate Staff including typing correspondence, filing and scheduling of Corporate Conference Rooms.

 

Applicants must have excellent communication skills, customer service skills, a positive and professional attitude.   A valid California drivers license is required.  Applicant must be a high school graduate or equivalent.  Additional education preferred and experience preferred.   Opportunity for advancement.
