RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for coordinating activities relating to the reception desk and certain administrative activities related to telephone, mail and office supplies Administration - ReceptionAnswer 5-line telephone system (primarily central number)Maintain employee telephone and address listsGreet and sign-in clients/visitors in a professional manner
Administration - MailHandle Federal Express/Airborne/UPS mailings (via computer)Receive packages and mailSort and distribute mail (including internal mail)Maintain postage machine (for daily use and bulk mailings)Assist with bulk mailings
Administration – SuppliesOrder business cards for Orangeburg personnelOrder office supplies (including letterhead stationery and envelopes)Maintain supply closet in a neat and organized mannerCoordinate lunches for in-house business meetings (place order, set-up, clean-up)
Administration – OtherMaintain the Administration Manual and keep it up-to-dateMaintain the desk area and guest lounge area in a neat and tidy mannerMaintain the executive kitchen area stocked, neat and tidyProvide refreshments to guests as requestedAdditional assignments as deemed necessary
