Job Responsibilities (bullet points)Responsible for the cost tracking and scheduling of construction projects. Job cost forecasting, cost reports, project control submittal, evaluating construction plans and tracking costs. Works closely with all dept's and teams to develop, maintain and review forecasts and material plans. Continuously monitors performance to forecast, and recommends any necessary changes to the schedule. Assesses the impact to (capacity and revenue/costs) cost and schedule that result from any proposed major changes to the master schedule. Identifies, negotiates and brings to resolution any conflicts related to material or labor availability. Collaborates with others to build strategic alliances

Job Requirements (bullet points)Minimum of BS in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other applicable related field. 10+ years of experience in planning and scheduling Proficient/expert with Primavera Relevant oil & gas, refinery or related heavy industrial experience Must have significant project experience Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Must possess excellent analytical skills and be detail oriented Must possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
