Yoh Engineering has a contract opportunity for a Project Manager / Industrial Construction to join our customer in Philadelphia, PA.DESCRIPTION: Manage above ground Storage Tank projects ranging from $5K - $2MM.  Interface with Operations, Safety & Environmental groups to develop work scope packages for modification, repair and reconstruction of atmospheric storage tank systems.  Manages assigned tank inspections (compliance and mechanical condition).REQUIREMENTS: • BS in Engineering with at least 6-10 years engineering/construction experience.  • Previous experience with inspection and repair of atmospheric storage tanks.  • Familiarity with API 650 and 653.  • Knowledge of refining and/or petrochemical industry.  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-discipline project team environment, self starter who demonstrates passion and commitment to excellence.  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization.  • Although Tank experience is preferred it is not essential for the functions of the job.PREFERRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE: • Working knowledge of the PA Tank Law and environmental regulations applicable to tanks. • Significant prior experience with developing deliverables for contractors and holding contractors accountable for execution. • Experienced with MS Word, Project 2000 & Excel.
