Need computer skills with Microsoft Word & Excel. QUALIFICATIONS: Min. 15 years experience in the refinery/petrochemical industry BS Engineering Degree Project Engineer – Baytown, Texas3 positions available In-Plant Project Engineer  Degreed engineer to handle wide variety of small to medium-sized in plant projects. Will hire direct for the right candidate. Project Engineer – Baytown, Texas1 position available The chosen candidate will be a self starter, be able start with a rough idea for the project to be done and develop that to a complete project scope to a completed, installed, operational project. This will entail serving as a go-between with the client's manufacturing group, engineering group and maintenance group(s) to work out a finalized scope. After that the estimate will be done and the project submitted for approval and funding. With project funding he/she will execute the project following it to the field through start-up, trouble shooting and problem solving as the project progresses.  Requirements  *A minimum of 5 years of project engineering and design experience is required with 3 of those years in-plant on-site experience, more experience is better!  *Will have to work on-site in client's office on client's PCs, a working knowledge of  Lotus Notes, Microsoft Access, Excel and Word is desirable.
