Project Engineer - Chemicals
Requirements:B.S. Chemical or Mechanical Engineering5-15 years of experience out of any chemicals plant.Ideally a candidate would have experience with $1/2MM+ projects in a chemical setting.This person should have experience managing project, process design experience in not required.
Job Description:
90% of this job will be equipment upgrades or replacement going from $100K to $7MM. This job will be based at a 150-person caustic/acid plant. The equipment used in the process includes: furnaces, heat-exchangers, reactors, pumps, valves, and acid handling systems. The other 10% of the job will be design through installation of brand new process lines (expansion). This company has 20 U.S. facilities. As part of their relocation package, this company includes: realtors’ fees, closing costs, move goods and temporary living.
