The responsibilities of a Project Controls Manager include, but are not limited to:- Extensive reporting skills, meeting preparation, running of schedule meetings and presentations along with SME scheduling skills- Scheduling on multiple projects at the same time- Provides support in the areas of project controls, scheduling, scheduling analysis, earned value management, and construction activities in support of projects - Perform field walkdowns and development of Outage scope, resource requirements, and assist with project estimates- Provides baseline target schedules, fiscal year schedules, enterprise master schedules and program schedules- Provide required analysis to determine impacts on the program schedule - Provides oversight and incorporation of contract schedules into the integrated schedule - Provides support in reconciliation of impacts of proposed changes of scope, schedule and cost- Analyzes project planning and schedule updates as well as delays and provide project metrics - Resolves scheduling conflicts*** This position is a potential opening and is contingent upon project award. ***QualificationsThe preferred candidate should have:- 15+ years of Power Generation experience ( Fossil & or Nuclear BOP combined )- Bachelor's degree preferred- Requires project management skills in the development and oversight of site specific and enterprise wide Design, Construction, Outage, & O&M schedules- Must have skills in training of Primavera Products, (P3, P6, & Suretrak) as well as capabilities of managing and mentoring entry and junior level schedulers on multiple projects- Must be a career minded individual with good written and verbal communication skills- Must work well in both a Corporate structure as well as a field office environment with field office personnelFluor values the contributions of a diverse and inclusive workforce and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
