Process Technical Engineer
Description:The Process Technical Engineer (PTE)-Utilities and Environmental Facilities will be the lead individual for strategy development and site integration regarding utilities systems. Applicable systems include steam, compressed gasses, light-ends hydrocarbons, water treatment, and waste disposal. The individual will also be accountable for providing process assurance for projects and works completed within their area.The PTE-Utilities and Environmental Facilities is responsible for identifying, developing and managing the asset long-range development strategy in this respective area. This strategy will initially include determination, evaluation, and documentation of the "as-is" state for specific utilities/environmental asset systems (process capabilities and limitations, site distribution material balances/models, component mechanical integrity considerations). Evaluation of scope, feasibility, economics, and business case alignment of potential system configuration/capability modifications will be key work activities.Qualifications:To be considered for the role of PTE-Utilities and Environmental Facilities applicants must have:Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than your current employer. The willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. A minimum of 6 years of engineering experience. A minimum of 3 years of strong and diverse technical experience in a manufacturing facility. Plant technical, operations or maintenance experience.
