FPC Raleigh has been engaged to locate engineers with a mechanical or chemical engineering background for roles in process improvement for a company that is the absolute leader in their industry. They continue to be a leader in new, first-to-market products and focus on bringing technologies that make a difference for mankind from idea to reality.The person in this role will be responsible for analyzing and improving multi-variant continuous manufacturing processes. The manufacturing process is highly complex and intellectually challenging and will require strong curiosity and inventiveness. The successful candidate will dig deeply into the various process variables and develop new operational conditions to drive continuous quality and cost improvement.The location offers a great quality of life. Required Qualifications:BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering GPA above 3.0 Results-oriented approach Preferred Qualifications:Statistical analysis tool experience (ANOVA, Cpk, etc) Six Sigma process improvement experience (DMAIC, DMADV, DFSS, DOE) In addition to this role, I focus on growth-oriented opportunities in operations, quality, and materials, with most of my clients located in the Southeast and Midwest.
