We have multiple immediate openings for Lead Process Design Engineers in our new Houston Design Center.
 
- Perform and coordinate all aspects of the design of customized process systems, including process simulation, PFD development, hydraulic analysis, equipment sizing and specification and P&ID development.
- Function as the technical liaison to external customers/ contractors and to internal sales, R&D and technical service groups
- BS in Chemical Engineering
- 10-15 years of experience including 1 or more years of experience in operations in the refining or petrochemical industries and 4+ years of experience in a process or project design engineering capacity within the refining or petrochemical industries
- Capability to specify and size equipment and systems
- Proficiency with engineering design software applications such as Aspen or HYSYS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate with internal team members and external customers and contractors
- Ability to travel less than 10% (domestic and international); will increase with experience and responsibility
