Job Title: Multi-Site Facility Leader 

Job Summary: Leader supervises and performs (Preventative Maintenance) facility maintenance service within the scope of the facility maintenance service contract in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Management of preventive maintenance work and CMMS.

Performs PM's

Work order generation and entry.

Manage daily and weekly work force schedules (flexible work force and subcontractors).

Facilitate continuous improvement of Key Performance Metrics.

Troubleshoot mechanical repairs to include Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing.

Assist Viox Operations Manager in development of annual R&H maintenance budgets.

Perform Safety audits.

Qualifications: 

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical trade school; and seven to ten years mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry required; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.  Mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry required.

Knowledge of the chemical industry.

Respond to after hours emergency calls.

Computer proficient in Email, Excel and Word.

EPA Universal Certification.
