Marketing & Sales Assistant II

Job Summary:

Key individual in preparing CRM/SAP reports to support marketing & sales.   Creates and provides follow-up on sales reports, forecast reports and margin reports. Manages CRM issues for the product line and provides support, training data entry and link to global CRM office. Manages intercompany pricelist and follow-up.

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for reports from CRM and SAP to support buusiness operation including weekly sales, GCC/NAFTA level, forecast report plus followup on sales reports, forecast reports and margin reports.   CRM first contact: Managing CRM issues, support and training. Responsible for data quality and reporting. Link to global CRM office. Maintain intercompany pricelist (mainly Essen, UK, Mexico) Prepare market analysis data from sources including Mintel database and provide presentation templates for regular meetings such as Project Meetings and Sales Meetings. Coordinate website access for NAFTA customers and distributors. Provide administrative support to Product Line Managers and back up Admin Assistant function (including sample orders).

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 4 years experience/training in related area; or Associates Degree/Training Certification in related area and a minimum of 3 years experience.

Related Experience: Experience in sales or marketing position.  Additional experience in customer service, production planning, logistics is preferred. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within sales and/or marketing field(s).

Special Training or Competence: Excellent computer/systems and analytical skills.  Strong understanding of inventory and demand planning.  Ability to work independently and coordinate multi-functional business processes.  Strong customer-orientation and business judgement.  Good written and verbal communication skills. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Software Skills: Knowledge of and/or the ability to learn a variety of computer software applications in word processing, database, and presentation software (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SAP or comparable process).  SAP and CRM preferred.
