Job Description: The MTS Engineer provides technical support to the company's catalyst manufacturing plants, including process optimization and troubleshooting, product quality data analysis, scale-up and technology transfer, and problem-solving. Primary Responsibilities:  Work closely with company's plants and local operations personnel to identify opportunities to increase process efficiency, expand unit production capacity, and improve finished product quality & performance. Provide process optimization and troubleshooting to the plants Perform product quality data analysis, using DOE and other statistical methods of quality improvement. Provide technical support during the scale-up of new products and processes Act as liaison between R&D and Manufacturing, and lead plant trials in the qualification of new products.
