HR MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*This role is the HR Manager covering the Latin American Region within the Americas for the ACS/HPS division.
*Client groups will include all regional-specific functions (Sales, Service Ops, Project Ops, etc.).
*Geographic coverage will include Mexico, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina and Chile.
*Duties include, but are not limited to:
1)High-volume and fast-paced resourcing
2)Compensation & Benefits Training & Learning Organizational Development Talent Management
3) Performance Management
4)HR Project Management Employee Relations
*This role is located in Houston, Texas.
Qualifications:
*Minimum Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's degree in HR preferred.
* Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity.
*Excellent communications (written & verbal) skills. Spanish speaking.
*Ability to business partner with the Latin America Regional GM and management staff at all levels, across all functions.
*Ability to manage HR execution at the local level, as well as formulate strategic plans at the AOP/STRAP level.
*Ability to team with other regional and functional HR staff globally.
*Ability to travel (25%) to all applicable Latin America sites.
