You can learn more about INVISTA by visiting www.INVISTACareers.com JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Responsible for Safety Relief Device (SRD) Mechanical Integrity Program site wide.• Optimization of reliability strategies for inspection to maintain compliance• Inspection activity coordinator• Provide recommendations & generate reports• Lead or assist as required with SRD Root Cause Analysis efforts.• Maintain SRD equipment records & databases.• Work with on-site shops, maintenance group, and off site vendors as needed to ensure proper repair, inspection, & troubleshooting.• Participate as needed in MOC or PHA.• Ensure maintenance capability meets necessary standards for SRD activity• Provide input on SRD selection and purchase (typically work with Reliability/Maintenance Engineer) • Provide input for shut down or turn around planning.• Assist as needed on other fixed equipment inspection activity (during outage and turn around activity)EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:• 2+ years in a chemical plant environment or related industrial field• Familiar with plant fixed equipment/piping & safety relief systems maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting• Strong organization and planning skills• Demonstrated good interpersonal and communication skills• Familiar with API, NBIC, or ASME codes & practicesEXPERIENCE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:• 5+ years in a chemical plant or related industrial field• Maintenance and/or Reliability experience• Working knowledge of plant fixed equipment/piping & safety relief systems maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting • Working knowledge of API, NBIC, & ASME codes & practices• Demonstrated strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)EDUCATION REQUIRED:• High School diploma or equivalentPREFER:• Associate/Technical Degree• API 570, 653, 510 certification (at least one)• NBIC certification/training We are an equal opportunity employer.
