MECHANICAL ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER
MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ENGINEER for a leading Chemical firm. Position requires a BS ME degree and 8+ years experience in plant maintenance or project engineering. Experience must include establishing, developing and implementing a Rotating Equipment Maintenance program in accordance with company guidelines, codes and governmental regulations. You will maintain or gain certification in vibration acquisition and analysis to assist in rotating equipment troubleshooting and repairs. Assist in the training/ coaching of hourly personnel in repairs and preventative maintenance, evaluate capital project scopes and vendor proposals for new equipment purchases. You will review facility rotating equipent activities to ensure manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance and operation conform to all specifications, codes, standards, etc. MUST have rotating equipment maintenance experience in a Chemical, Petrochem or Refinery plant.
