MECHANICAL DESIGNER

We are in the process of searching for Mechanical Designers with refinery experience for the Texas City and Pasadena, TX areas with the following experience:

 

Primary Job Responsibilities:  

The primary responsibility of the Mechanical Designer is to design components or portions of systems, modify existing designs, use CAD design equipment and/or graphic tools, gather information and make calculations, prepare draft layouts/sketches, coordinate with other engineering disciplines, and provide solutions to a wide range of problems under general direction.

 

Training and Experience: 

This position requires a minimum of 10 years experience or 8 years with an Associate's degree, preferably in an engineering discipline.  Experience in the refining/petrochemical industries is also preferred.
