Lab Supervisor
Job Title: Lab Supervisor Our Client (the employer):Outstanding U.S. company produces specialty chemicals supplied to petroleum refineries and petrochemical plants around the world. Job Description: The Lab Supervisor manages the plant's Quality Control lab activities and supervises 3 lab employees. Primary responsibilities: Supervise laboratory employees and activities Provide plant with timely and accurate Quality Control test results Coordinate procurement of lab supplies and services, and coordinate lab sample shipments Participate in ISO9001 Quality Management System implementation & maintenance Write, maintain, and revise lab operating procedures Maintain quality reporting and recordkeeping databases Manage maintenance of lab equipment and perform personnel training as needed Background requirements: BS degree in Chemistry or related discipline Broad knowledge of chemical lab bench work processes 1 year or more of industrial laboratory management and supervision experience Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills To apply: For immediate & confidential consideration, please Click here to e-mail your resume and apply Your resume will be kept in confidence.
