LANDMAN
Dynamic oil and gas company seeking a dedicated Landman to drive company success. Individual will negotiate with landowners to acquire leases, and joint operating agreements; prepare leases, addendums, rights of way; conduct courthouse lease reports, ownership and assessment reports; and conduct and assemble title searches and reviews. Individual will interact with government agencies to execute appropriate permitting and perform as liaison with interest partners and royalty owners.
Must have:
§ B.S. in Petroleum Land Management
§ Five years or more land experience with related documents, contracts, lease and title review
§ Proficiency in researching records, and resource planning
§ Knowledge of Microsoft applications
