We are currently showing a record work backlog, with several major projects on the horizon. The Time Keeper positions will be located in Bangor, ME; Charleston, SC; Ingleside, TX.  In this position you will be responsible for the following:Participate in the site safety program and attend safety meetings and other safety related activities as required.Collect, review and fax all Employee timesheets to Motiva PAR CEP Timekeeping Dept for data entry per established timesheet processing/ logging procedure.Verify and reconcile time sheet hours to card swipe system reports per established reconciliation process as requested by Timekeeping Manager.Coordinate with ACJV on swipe system issues as requested by Timekeeping Manager.Liaise with employees to identify payroll time inaccuracies/issues, inform and coordinate with Timekeeping Manager to resolve. Liaise with the Timekeeping Manager on payroll, new hire and termination issues.Distribute weekly pay checks per established Site distribution procedure.Coordinate with Human Resources for staffing and personnel needs as requested.Provide labor hours to safety and scheduler for weekly reports.Collect daily/weekly force reports from area administration support staff.Assist Project Controls, Cost Analyst and Site Estimator where required including extending labor rates on trends and tracking against trends.Assist Document Control and the Project Secretary as required.Process expense reports (personal and equipment).Maintain exceptional client relationships.All other duties as normally required by Tracer’s Timekeepers and Administrative personnel and as required by Tracer’s day-to-day business operations.
