Executive Assistant
Large publicly traded company located in Northwest Houston is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO with a variety of duties.
Job Responsibilities:Compose and prepare correspondence, agreements, quarterly reports and other confidential documentsSet up board meetings and schedule conference callsMaintain calendarWork with travel department on travel plans and itinerariesFile monthly expense reportsPrepare PowerPoint presentationsReview outhgoing materials for internal consistencyAssist Board of Directors when needed
Requirements/Skills:At least 5 years administrative experience supporting an ExecutiveAssociates Degree preferredProficient in Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience writing business reports and correspondenceStrong organizational skills
