HAZMAT Field Technician/Laborer

CCEnviroKlean, Inc., is a full service environmental contract services and industrial cleaning firm located in KansasCity, Kansas.  Due to our continued growth, CC EnviroKlean is looking to fill the following professional position:

 

HAZMAT Field Technician/Laborer

 

A dynamic professional position that calls for a variety of skills andresponsibilities.  Assignments involveintegrated team work and participation in the following activities:

 

 

·        Emergency/Rapid response services to mitigate and recover the release of petroleum products, non-hazardous and hazardous materials to soil and groundwater;

·        Environmentalremediation activities of soil and groundwater;

·        Cleaningand Decontamination of storage tanks, vessels, basins and reservoirs;

·        ConfinedSpace Entry for cleaning of tanks, sumps, pits and wet wells;

·        Handling, Packaging and Management of materials, wastes and byproducts resulting fromenvironmental activities.

 

Experience in the above-referenced activities is preferred; however, CC EnviroKlean will provide and invest in training for the right individual.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

·        Cleandriving record with the ability to obtain CDL within 1 year;

·        Abilityto work nights and weekends as required;

·        Availablefor overnight travel (typically less than 10% of the time);

·        Physically able to lift at least 75 lbs;

·        Ablet o physically wear a full-face respirator;

·        Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
