Global Training Manager
The Global Training Manager will be responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing and maintaining global training programs that drive worldwide revenue and operating income growth. The culture is entrepreneurial, adaptive, responsive, lean and very fast moving. The qualified candidate will have an opportunity to become a significant contributor in the organization. Promotion opportunities could lead rather quickly to a global director position that effects change and brings thought leadership to the table.
Position Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in science, technology or engineering field
* Minimum of 5 years of related experience in the metalworking industry (including education, sales and marketing)
* 3-5 years in sales or sales support as a subject matter expert
* The successful candidate should be able to understand the strategic importance of the global nature of training while at the same time be able to develop training methods, products and delivery systems that enhance performance.
