Excellent Opportunity!!!!!!!The Woodlands area company is hiring a full time GIS Technician with 2+ years experience. This position is ready for immediate hire.Duties: Read legal documents, plats, aerial photography, use computer mapping (GIS) to create lease or ownership parcel polygons, and create custom maps.Qualifications: Knowledge of Geography or Land Surveying. Experience with Computer Assisted Drafting (CAD) or Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Ability to read and interpret legal descriptions such as Metes & Bounds, Bearings & Distances, and Jeffersonian Quarter-Quarter calls. Please apply online
