 Executive/Personal Assistant NCH Corporation Be a part of a growing company with a stable market. NCH is an 89-year old, multi-national manufacturer of industrial maintenance products. World headquarters is located in Irving, Texas. NCH manufactures and markets an extensive line of maintenance, repair and supply products to customers in over 55 countries worldwide.  NCH products include chemical specialties, fasteners, welding alloys and plumbing parts as well as maintenance and supply products.  These products are sold and serviced primarily through the Corporation’s own sales force. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide extensive calendar management Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) Schedule and coordinate meetings Process complex expense reports Provide telephone support to executive management team Manage email communication and compose correspondence Provide personal assistance (personal errands, banking transactions, vacation scheduling, calendar management, etc.) Requirements include: 5+ years experience supporting senior-level executives - business and personal Bachelor’s degree, preferred Proficiency in MS Office Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Superior time management skills with demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects and assignments Must be organized, self-directed, dependable, and flexible in this fast paced environment Must exhibit a high degree of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy Strong numerical aptitude; Accounting experience, preferred A friendly, team-player with a "can-do" attitude is a must A professional demeanor is requiredIn return for your talent, we offer: Outstanding benefits including 401(K) with matching funds, major medical, dental, vision, life, long and short term disability.
