Recruiter Position Responsibilities: Recruit, interview and place Energy, Engineering and Technical professionals for client companies; Screening potential technical candidates, reviewing resumes, pre-screening, preparing candidate submittals to clients, scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and extending offers; You will use your own judgment and discretion through the selection and screening process in finding the most technically qualified candidates to match our client's requirements. Must be able to work well under pressure in making such decisions. Interact with clients, call or email for candidate feedback, schedule interviews and candidate employment negotiations and offers. Partner with Senior Recruiters on all pending job orders, business needs and job order referrals. Position Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree with a strong GPA from a 4-year University, or Highly Specialized Technical Recruiting Experience. -Professional verbal & written communication skills and excellent computer skills; -Previous engineering, technical, or military recruiting experience desired, but not required. -Strong Work Ethic and Sense of Commitment. -Ability to work well in a conventional yet fast paced environment. -Good closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships based on honesty and integrity. -Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
