Engineering Project Manager - Automation

Start to 95K plus bonus

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional process improvement projects focused on automating various assembly and testing processes.  You will manage project planning, budgeting, resource acquisition and management, project implementation and project review.   Management of equipment design and build including specification, schematics and machine control software are also an integral part of this position.

Additional responsibilities will include the organization, selection and supervision of engineers, technicians and outside resources in the completion of projects.  Staff training, continuous improvement initiatives and policy and procedure development are also part of this departments’ scope.

A qualified applicant will have a BS or MS in Mechanical or Electrical engineering combined with 10+ years experience in manufacturing equipment design, process improvement initiatives, and project management.    Experience with industrial instrumentation and calibration are major plus factors. Programming with Labview is also a plus.

This position is located in the beautiful suburban Philadelphia region and is commutable from The Lehigh Valley, Pottstown or western New Jersey.  Relocation assistance is available for a qualified applicant.
