ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER

ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST for a leading Houston area Petrochemical firm.  This position requires a BS Engineering degree and 2+ years of environmental petrochemical plant experience.  This experience must include permitting procedures, auditing and compliance requirements, Title V air permitting, knowledge of environmental analytical methods and PC skills to include Excel, Access and Word applications.  You will  ensure plant compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, including Resource and Recovery Act, National Emissions, Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants and Air Quality Standards established by the Clean Air Act and and water standards under the Clean Water Act.  You will complete reports for state and federal regulatory agencies and maintain the appropriate documentation, maintain Emissions Software upgrades and maintenance as well as Emission Inventory, SARA 313 Inventory Reports, NSPS QQQ/VV Compliance.  You will conduct various plant inspections to ensure compliance with all Regulatory Agencies.  To be considered: contact Channel Personnel Services, Inc.,, Houston, TX (cpsvera@aol.com)
