Division Completions Superintendent

Location:  Fort Worth, TX 76101 Position ID:  DivSuper Job Category:  Manufacturing/Production/Operations Type:  Full Time, Employee One of the country’s largest and most aggressive exploratory and developmental natural gas drilling companies has partnered with Magee Resource Group to facilitate the acquisition of a Division Completions Superintendent. This is position will work to complete new horizontal wells with multiple stage water-fracs, and will supervise field consultants. The position will also coordinate the completion of rigs and frac spreads to optimize wells-to-sales and improve completion cost.  Duties for the position also include:· Control expenditures for drilling activities · Insure drilling activities operate at maximum efficiency and at optimal cost· Insure State and Federal Regulation compliance· Insure compliance with company policies Requirements:· Must have worked with frac spreads and workover rigs· Communication skills, business development experience and the ability to multi-task will prove indispensable in this role· Previous management and leadership experience is highly preferred· This position requires at least 15 or more years of proven an verifiable experience relative to the position duties described above· Must be able to work in a dynamic, growing, fast-paced environment· High School Diploma or General Equivalency (GED) are required· Bachelor Degree preferred  Excellent compensation and benefits package offered. With the discovery of one of the largest natural gas fields, it is an exciting time to be in the Oil and Gas industry in the Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas area.
