Designer
MECS, Inc, is a world renowned engineering company that specializes in engineering and proprietary technology. is seeking a CAD Designer with a minimum of an Associate Degree in Drafting Technology or similar degree and 3+ years of experience.
The successful candidate will work with the Engineering staff to produce, edit and correct process engineering drawings such as material balances, equipment arrangement drawings, layouts, etc. and basic engineering drawings such as P&ID’s, vessel drawings, pipe routing drawings, plot plans, support structure drawings, etc. The successful candidate must be able to follow good drafting standards and maintain block inventory and tool palettes.
Candidate must be proficient in the use of AutoCad 2005 or above and have broad experience in piping, vessel design and P&I diagrams. The preferred candidate should be comfortable in a multi-disciplinary role.
Excellent compensation and benefits are provided for this full-time position in St. Louis.
