Makes decisions independently on engineering problems and methods and represents the department in conferences, answers questions and coordinates work. Demonstrates interpolative thinking, utilizes advanced techniques, modifications or extensions to practices. May function as group leader on project or departmental task assignments.QualificationsBS in Mechanical Engineering. 10 or more years of directly related experience in the oil, gas, and power industries. Solid working knowledge of applicable pressure vessels and takage industry standards (ASME Pressure Vessel Code, API, ASTM, WRC, etc.). Professional registration preferred. Proficiency in general office and engineering computer software.
