We are currently seeking a hands-on Customer Service Generalist to join our team of nine. This is a ground floor opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who is interested in helping us grow from a multi-million dollar company to a billion dollar company over the next several years.

As a key member of the operations team and reporting to the Executive Vice President of Operations, you will partner with the sales team to provide inside customer service management for Elevance Renewable Sciences. You will be the point to coordinate with other ERS Supply Chain teams (i.e. Logistics, Production Planning, Distribution) to ensure seamless contract and order management activities. You will develop partnerships with our distributors that support our strategic accounts in order to facilitate inventory management, new product introductions and maintain high service levels for our customers. This role will monitor customer specific performance measurements as well as proactively advising the sales team of results & current trends.
Your background should include process improvement experience with a strong customer focus.
Demonstrated experience in manufacturing/distribution environments are a must for this role.

Required:
5+ years experience in customer service management of large national accounts in B2B manufacturing/distribution environments
Strong understanding of supply chain activities
Experience with VMI activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of process improvement & demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams to resolve complex customers issues
Customer focused & able to manage relationships with various levels within the customer’s organization
Demonstrated ability to use reporting tools such as Access, Excel, and Word to develop reports & analyze trends related to customer requirements
Experience entering contracts and orders into ERP systems

Strongly Desired:
Bachelors Degree in related business discipline
