World headquarters is located in Irving, Texas. NCH manufactures and markets an extensive line of maintenance, repair and supply products to customers in over 55 countries worldwide.  NCH products include chemical specialties, fasteners, welding alloys and plumbing parts as well as maintenance and supply products.  These products are sold and serviced primarily through the Corporation’s own sales force.Summary:We are currently seeking someone with excellent customer service skills to work in on our Corporate Collections team.  This team-oriented position makes business to business calls to inquire about past due balances and identify the problems that need to be solved. This position requires excellent problem solving and communication skills, keyboard knowledge and basic computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Outlook. Must type 35 wpm and be customer service minded.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year customer service experience and a stable work history.
