World headquarters is located in Irving, Texas.North American Chemical, a division of NCH Corporation, is currently seeking a Cost Accounting Clerk.  North American Chemical (NAC) is a manufacturer and distributor of specialty chemicals that are sold through field representatives.  NAC’s brands include National Chemsearch (industrial cleaners and drain products), Certified Laboratories (lubricants), Mantek (absorbents), and Chem Aqua (water treatment products).  NAC operates five manufacturing plants and one distribution center.  Duties and Responsibilities for this position include:  Analyzing variances on actuals vs. comparables Supporting the monthly close process Analyzing product margin by marketing category Maintaining monthly inventory reconciliations between perpetual records and the general ledger Requirements for this position include:  2-4 years experience in a manufacturing Cost Accounting environment with exposure to standard costs Strong analytical skills Proficient computer and data manipulation software skills are required Prior ERP experience is a plus; Oracle preferred In return for your talent, we offer: Outstanding benefits including 401(K) with matching funds, major medical, dental, vision, life, long and short term disability.
