Responsibilities and prospects for professional growth include:The successful candidate will work with research scientists in the lab to conduct experiments including coating materials development and formulations, polymer syntheses, material characterizations, etc. The following requirements are needed:--Have a minimum of a B. Sc. degree. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer, Material Science or related field.--Advanced degree or 1 to 2 years working experience preferred.--Experience in polymer materials is a plus.--Have problem-solving skills.--Good written and oral communication skills.--Team player (work well with others).--Good computer skillsThis person is expected to work 3-4 days a weekEducation and experience required:At least in Junior years in the pursuit of bachelors degree in engineering or science or in the master degree program. Previous experience in materials testing and characterization is preferred. This person needs to be task oriented, can follow instructions, can comply with changing priorities, and be able to make sound judgments.
