Description: Global chemical company is looking to fill a critical sales position in the Broward County, Florida area. This is an excellent career growth and income opportunity. The territory is established yet primed for growth. There is very minimal overnight travel.Responsibilities: Sell a broad line of specialty & commodity chemicals to the food, personal care, paint & coatings, and general manufacturing markets in the Broward County area. Manage an existing territory while taking the business to the next level. Build strong relationships with all accounts. Prospect for and develop new accounts and new business at existing accounts. Communicate effectively with management and all internal departments. Develop and execute the strategy for the territory. Manage data and reports on the computer.Requirements: 3 plus years of chemical industry sales experience. A strong track record of sales success. A college degree is required, but the concentration is open. Excellent communication skills. Ability to build strong business relationships. Aggressive business development mindset. Strong closing skills.
