CORPORATE ACCOUNT MANAGER - GOM

Location: Louisiana or TexasPossible Locations:Texas: Houston, Beaumont, and Port ArthurLouisiana: New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and Lake Charles  Compensation: 85K to 115K depending on experienceSalary, Commissions, and Performance Bonus  Our client is leading supplier of chemicals and integrated services to the oil and gas industry.  A Global leader providing value added services to the Oil and Gas Production Industry from exploration to refining. Globally we are expanding client base and as a result there are several choice career opportunities open.  As a Corporate Account Manager you will manage relationships with key clients. You will be a team leader responsible for accessing Client needs and delivering recommendations in response to client requirements.  Responsibilities:·  Developing existing accounts by managing relationships with production foremen, engineers, management, procurement, etc…·  Scouting out and developing new business opportunities.·  Acting as the point-of-contact for existing Target accounts ·  Use of Business Toolso Monitoring margins, pricingo Providing Monthly or Quarterly summary business reports o Coordinating Management Review Reports  o Writing proposals (with help from R&D) for product recommendations·  Communication of Client Needs to the Field Service Team Leader,  ·  Liaison with R&D on technical issues for your accounts·  Ability to train in various techniques and disciplines regarding oilfield chemicals and sales expertise·  Work from your home-based office. This position will support the Gulf of Mexico region from Texas and LouisianaEducation and Skill Requirements:·  3+ years experience in Oilfield services·  Thorough knowledge in Oilfield chemical applications ·  Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry·  Knowledge of oilfield operations (equipment and injection systems)·  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ·  Able to communicate technical data findings accurately to internal and external customers·  Strong oral and written communication skills·  Experience in offshore oilfield operations desired.
