BRANCH MANAGER - Oilfield Service

The key responsibilities for this position include:

· Work with Management to develop and implement a business development plan for marketing services in the market.

·  Work with the management to revise and update this plan as needed in the future depending on market demands.

· Assist in implementing the local systems and processes necessary to obtain the goals and objectives established in the business development plan.

· Manage these internal systems and processes to assure that they are working properly and efficiently, making appropriate adjustments when necessary.

· Recruit and manage staff in the most efficient way.

· When opportunities present themselves, assist the company in pursuing new business lines in the market.

· Conduct sales/marketing calls to develop client relationships and to promote new business for the Company to accomplish the growth established in the business plan. Client retention is also an essential responsibility of this position. 

· Undertake and manage technical project work along with managing technical and administrative staff

· Continually enhance technical skills and technical education to allow for better interaction and fuller relationships with existing clients and prospective clients;

· Conduct business development and technical presentations to clients, as part of your business development efforts; and

Minimum Qualifications Include:

· 10+ years in the oil and gas industry

· Business development skills a must

· Demonstrated entrepreneurial abilities

· Demonstrated industry leadership through participation in trade organizations and regulatory forums

· Excellent understanding and experience with environmental regulations

· Expertise/specialization in an area or environmental media, a plus

· Flexibility to travel

Education:

· B.S./M.S. in chemical / mechanical /civil environmental / manufacturing engineering, environmental sciences, or related fields

Salary:

· Commensurate with Experience
