Associate Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Associate Regulatory Compliance Specialist 

 

Job Summary:  Perform essential tasks and assignments to manage regulatory compliance associated with Flint Group, NA raw materials.

 

Essential Functions:  Competencies/Skill Requirements

· Demonstrate development of technical writing and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to communicate with personnel with a diverse range of backgrounds.

· Working knowledge of computers and proficiency working with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Lotus Notes.

· Basic understanding of key FDA regulatory requirements and industry standards as they relate to Flint Group, NA.

 

Supervision Received:

· Works with supervisor and technical resources to prepare project plans and interpret data.

· Able to execute project and contribute value with support of supervisor and technical contacts.

· Results are reviewed as required to assure progress and proper approach.

· Written documents are to be peer reviewed prior to release.

 Responsibilities

· Guide and coach Flint Group, NA personnel in essential matters related to regulatory compliance.

· Demonstrate increasing degree of independent working skills; manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

· Demonstrate ability to delegate appropriate tasks to other personnel.

· Support Flint Group, NA Corporate strategic goals generally, and specifically support and nurture regulatory compliance goals. 

· Support manufacturing and research/development by investigating and implementing projects to improve regulatory compliance.

· Support Branch operations as necessary to produce external customer certifications.

· Effectively communicate with regulatory agencies and industry groups in all matters related to regulatory compliance.

 

Qualifications/Experience:

· BS degree in Chemistry, Toxicology or other applicable technical degree.

· Minimum work experience; referenced work history that indicates dependability and ability to work well with others.
