•Active participant in all HES programs.
•Assist with the identification, development, installation, and start-up of process improvements
•Provide assistance to operations and maintenance including troubleshooting, special tests, studies, and technical assistance.
•Coordinate capital projects with operations and maintenance.
•Develop and maintain expertise in areas of specialization, develop new skills, develop overall competence, and participate in programs to develop professional development.
•Develop skills to serve as plant Mechanical Integrity (MI) Coordinator.
•Assure process drawings are updated as changes are implemented.

B.S. Engineering. Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
