You will also target strategic product lines for growth and serving customer's needs. In addition, you will develop and manage a territory plan that provides a growth plan consistent with strategic goals. Dedication to achieving team goals will be critical to success of overall business. **This job is based on a ladder structure and the job level (salary) will be determined by the quantity and quality of your experience.   **This position is located in Franklin Park, IL ** Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree ** 5 years experience in Plastics sales, best candidate would have experience in plastic distribution and/or with the plastic processing community in Illinois ** Broad plastic material knowledge base. ** Self Starter and Excellent Communicator. ** Highly motivated sales rep with strong follow up and relationship building skills ** Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills along with the ability to work independently** Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and familiarity with SAP ** Limited overnight travel, willing to establish a home office** Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States   Ashland has a history of attracting the best people and keeping them.
