Learn more about the company at www.mallbaker.com SUMMARY OF POSITION:Provide technical and applications support for the Microelectronics Materials product line. Facilitate the use of current and new products at both existing and new customers.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Performs and executes product performance studies at customer facilities2. Coordinate customer evaluations of MBI products and the start-up process after adoption.3. Provide technical support to current customers.4. Identify new or improved product opportunities5. Develop and model performance characteristics of existing and new products at MBI’s Development labs, at customers’ facilities, and at equipment suppliers’ facilities.6. Collaborate with equipment suppliers using MBI’s products to maximize performance and develop new products.7. Provide data for technical bulletins and promotional literature8. Train sales force on performance characteristics to enhance sales effort.Requirements: Education: MS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Material Engineering.Experience: Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
