office manager with graphics interests

Job Purpose:

Supports company operations by maintaining office systems, supervising staff, and photographing commencement exercises.

Duties:

* Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing marketing materials, and helping to maintain computer equipment.

* Provides operational support by working at photography events, organizing and executing shooting (will train). Most of these events require seasonal weekend and evening work.

* Assists in the hiring and training of office personnel for seasonal production.

* Aids in the design and production of marketing material both paper and electronic.

* Oversees Photoshop projects for in house post production work. Knowledge of Photoshop is very beneficial.

* Helps analyze sales data and makes recommendations to management regarding product offers and pricing.

* Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Skills/Qualifications:

Must have an eye for graphics, as well as an interest in design and technology projects. Must be willing to work some weekends and evenings. Must enjoy working with people in a non-smoking environment.
