e-Marketing Manager

ARMA International, an international, not-for-profit professional association and the authority on managing records and information – paper and electronic, is currently seeking an e-Marketing Manager to further develop and implement the Association’s electronic marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

 

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the content of the Association’s electronic communications (i.e., website, blogs, forums) to support the Association’s marketing goals.  You will collaborate with other departments to identify and create content for the website to meet diverse needs of our customer base. The person in this position will write, edit and produce email campaigns, blog items, news articles, and other communications based on association and industry developments. This person will also coordinate the distribution of regularly scheduled member communications and electronic newsletters. Position works closely with the web developer to enhance the overall functionality of the website.

Ideal candidate will require an individual with: Computer proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Copy writing and editing experience Strong communication skills General office skills (including typing and telephone) Strong project management skills Ability to work independently

Additionally, HTML coding and Dreamweaver experience is preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent course of study

Experience: Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience in similar role Ability to travel approximately 15%
