ur client, located in Chicago is looking for an Associate Director of Web Analytics to join it's growing team of Analyst.

The Associate Director, Digital Analytics partners closely with the Invention and The Exchange throughout the planning process to create the best media/cross media plans as well as in providing support for optimization recommendations. This role requires a strong familiarity with all available research tools, both syndicated and proprietary as well as a good feel for the relevant numbers. All recommendations need to be supported by quantitative and/or qualitative research and clients needs to be able to understand the arguments. The Associate Director is also required to work with client teams on developing strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

Â¥ Design and manage research projects

Â¥ Write POVs on industry topics

Â¥ Interact with junior level clients

Â¥ Support the client teams within the Invention and Exchange service areas in developing and optimizing plans and developing campaign strategies

Â¥ Evaluate vendors, technologies and new advertising opportunities

Â¥ Mastery of syndicated research tools and systems (e.g. Nielsen, Comscore, MRI, Simmons, EZtab, etc.)

Â¥ Mastery of proprietary tools and systems

Â¥ Help staff with questions about syndicated and proprietary research tools and systems

Â¥ Supervise, train and evaluate Manager, Senior Associate(s) and Associate(s)

Job Skills & Requirements:

Â¥ 6+ years of experience and entrepreneurial drive

¥ BachelorÕs degree

Â¥ Prior experience working in an Interactive/Digital environment

Â¥ Strong understanding of relevant digital technology and emerging media space

Â¥ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Â¥ Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills

Â¥ Strong client services skills

Â¥ Solid financial management skills

Â¥ Complete understanding of syndicated research systems and methodology

Â¥ Working knowledge of (or ability to develop thorough knowledge) of proprietary tools and systems

Â¥ Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems and MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Â¥ Strong leadership and Strategic Thinker

Â¥ Vision for defining digital consumer insights

Â¥ Ability to articulate, write POV
