DTI, a national corporation headquartered in Atlanta, specializing in servicing the need of the legal community is searching for a dedicated team player to fill the position of Windows Network Coordinator for our corporate Infrastructure team. This position is a critical part of the overall support and operations of the corporate network functions while contributing to the network design and ongoing functions of the corporate network requirements.
Responsibilities:
This position provides the qualified applicant an opportunity to use their knowledge, experience and design skills to support our high availability and technology driven solutions. The position includes the setup and support of hardware platforms, user workstation backups and changes to the corporate Microsoft environment. The qualified applicant will have excellent Microsoft operating system and networking skills, proficient at Microsoft Windows Server 2003 AD Environment and be able to demonstrate proficiency and wide range of knowledge in hardware and software systems.



Required Skills:
• Windows 2003 Server (knows Microsoft operating systems) AD environment.
• Active Directory
• Email Systems
• 2+ years experience supporting desktops / laptops
• Extensive knowledge of Windows XP to include installation and troubleshooting Strong troubleshooting skills and problem Solving Skills.
• Experience supporting VISTA desktops and laptops.
• Support users on PC support and technical issues, including the following systems: Desktop PC and laptop support Windows XP, Microsoft Office (including Excel, Access, Word, Outlook) TCP/IP, DHCP, Ethernet, POP 3 email (Postini, Plex, etc).

• IIS
• MS SQL
• ADP E-Time
• IPRO
• Microsoft Exchange
• Navision Accounting Software
• Hardware (Cisco/Nortel Switches/Firewalls/Routers, Dell Servers)
• Windows Utilities
• Microsoft Certifications a Big Plus
