Web Infrastructure and Developer
Located in Columbia, South Carolina. Pure Fishing, a leader in the sporting goods industry, has an exciting opportunity to build a team to create a competitive advantage. As Pure Fishing expands, the company has a Web Infrastructure and Developer position available. This position develops custom programs for the creation and utilization of the organization’s intranet and BW database. Supports the marketing team in deploying a robust solution for the web vision of the organization. Utilize a thorough knowledge of programming and server software operations, designs, codes, and tests. Develops, and implements custom programs written in languages such as Coldfusion and JAVA. Collaborates with team members (e.g., Web Administrator, Web Author) in concept development, interface design, and website architecture. Implements interface and ensure integrity within the web site. Creates Web front-end user interface to new or existing databases using a combination of HTML (Hyper Text Mark-Up Language) and SQL, C, VB (Visual Basic) or other languages to make business applications web accessible. Monitors and participates in web server capacity planning. Analysis and recommend hardware and software solutions to support the organizations web presence.
Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred. Must have two to five years experience in Coldfusion programming, CFMX and WED SQL integration.
