Vice President of Operations
VP Operations- Management Consulting
A worldwide leader in B2B consulting is looking for an innovative, business-minded person to meet and exceed goals for future years.Reporting to the President, the VP of Operations will focus on leading strategic initiatives across all operations of the company, while stream lining current practices and procedures. You will be required to deliver priority projects and help to drive consistent vision and focus across the team. You will also have to oversee special projects and lead special teams to develop and evaluate new opportunities and execute within proper guidelines. Raising brand awareness will be an ongoing challenge that you are facing.
The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor’s Degree,preferably a Master’s Degree with at least ten years working experience in management. You must have a proven track record in both strategic/advisory and operational roles. We are searching for a team player, who has strong written and verbal communication skills as well as good analytical skill and instincts.You will need the ability to negotiate effectively in a manner that achieves desired outcomes and promotes strong partnerships.
Compensation for the VP of Operations will begin with a starting salary of $210,000 that includes profit sharing, 401K, complete medical insurance and paid sick and vacation time.
